Toast muffins by Tupperware

I just had to post a recipe for a amazing toast muffins to you because these are soooo gooood!

Toast muffins are excellent way to avoid food waste because you can use any leftovers you have in your fridge. You only need toast, cream, eggs and cheese and then for example ham, tuna, salmon, chicken, vegetables... You name it. 

You´ll find the recipe for toast muffins in Tupperware´s spring/ summer 2017 catalog. I have done these several times and especially my daughter loves these.. and anyone else who have tasted these.

And then you can bake these delicious toast muffins...






6 pieces

6 slices of toast 
6 slices of ham
25 g sun- dried tomatoes
3 eggs
1½ dl cream
salt and pepper
50 g grated cheese

Place the silicone cupcake form to cold oven tray. Remember to rinse it with cold water. Preheat the oven to 180˚C. 

Roll out toast slices thin and place them to the cupcake forms insets. Mince ham and sun dried tomatoes and put to toast cups. Mix eggs, cream, salt and pepper in Eazy Shaker and pour over ham and sun dried tomatoes. Add the grated cheese. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
